Breakfast: We serve a full country breakfast each morning, adapted to your specific dietary needs. Most mornings we serve up pots of coffee or tea, Peter’s home made maple granola and yogurt, freshly~made bread & pastries, (or sometimes homemade crepes or pancakes with Vermont maple syrup), fresh juice & fruit in season, (often from our neighbors), and our own organic eggs, cooked just the way you like them.
Dinner: Our prix fixe, four course dinners are relaxed & informal and are always simple and elegant meals. In season, we use produce from our own organic garden. We often purchase ingredients from other, nearby, local producers, as well as our local food coop which has organic meats, poultry and fish. We offer wine, beer and dessert is ever~changing.
